Why We’re Doing This Fundraiser
When Oceanside Chapter Commander Manny Astorga suggested that we host a talent show as our 2026 annual fundraiser, the rest of the board members immediately jumped into action.
We began brainstorming ideas for an event that would be more than just a fundraiser—something that would bring our members, veterans, families, friends, and the Oceanside community together for an evening of fun, fellowship, and support for a great cause.
The idea of a talent show quickly took center stage. We wanted to create an event where local talent could shine, our community could come together, and everyone could enjoy a memorable evening while helping us continue the American GI Forum's mission of supporting veterans and their families.
This fundraiser will help the Oceanside Chapter of the American GI Forum continue providing outreach, assistance, and community support to those who have served our country.
So, whether you're stepping onto the stage, cheering from the audience, sponsoring the event, or simply coming out to enjoy the show, you are helping us make a difference.
Come for the talent. Stay for the fun. Support our veterans.
Together, we can make the 2026 Oceanside Chapter Talent Show a night to remember—and a fundraiser that makes a difference.
